The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Patrick Fitzgerald and the Caribbean Bunch business service is the exclusive property of Patrick Ricketts and the Caribbean Bunch Ltd and protected by U.K. (England & Wales) and international copyright laws.

Unless you have received our express written permission, you will not use any trademark, service mark, commercial symbol or other proprietary right of ours. If authorised, you may only use the Caribbean Bunch trademarks in accordance with our Trademark Guidelines, which are available on request.

Intellectual property that you own. Please contact our customer support team to file a complaint if you think your intellectual property rights have been violated. Report all claims pertaining to intellectual property, including but not restricted to patent, trademark, and copyright claims. When rights owners express concerns about any alleged infringement, we will act swiftly to address them, and we will, when necessary, terminate repeat infringers.

When making written claims about copyright infringement, the following details must be included:

• the signature of the individual authorised to act on behalf of the copyright interest owner, either in hard copy or digitally.
• An explanation of the copyrighted work you believe has been violated.
• An explanation of the location on the website of the content you allege is infringing.
• Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
• A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A declaration that you are the copyright owner or have the authority to act on their behalf, and that the information in your notice is true, made under penalty of perjury.
